HOW CAN WE IMPROVE INDIA’S PRESENT HEALTH CARE SYSTEM
IMPROVE INDIA’S PRESENT HEALTH CARE SYSTEM
India has progressed on many fronts in the last seven decades post Independence, we have witnessed manifold progress in numerous sectors like Industrialization, Agriculture, Education, Technology, Healthcare and more. Being a developing country and with population bursting at its seams, India’s processes and systems are always under strain and are seemingly insufficient as compared to the rising demands every passing day. It might seem to be a demotivating scenario for most of us, but there are few braver and hopeful mortals like Bollywood honcho Sonu Sood who have the vision and the dedication to turn things around and go out of their comfort zone and build something for everybody’s betterment.
Sonu Sood’s charitable work needs no introduction and garnered a lot of attention and support during the pandemic. His brainchild, Sood Charity Foundation is leaving no stone unturned to find ways to improve the healthcare system in India. SCF did inspiring work in supplementing the Indian health care system during the pandemic by providing free oxygen cylinders and concentrators. They also arranged hospital beds for the critical patients so that they could receive timely and quality healthcare. Sood Charity Foundation has undertaken the campaign of building oxygen plants in different parts of the country. Our efforts are taken to prevent another oxygen-related crisis, which devastated many, and guarantee that every life has access to essential medical treatment in India. SCF will be establishing 18 oxygen plants in several states. The campaign is looking to address the health problems in India due to lack of oxygen This initiative will fulfill requirements of approximately 5,500 beds. The initial facilities would be set up in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. Moreover, these plants would be looking to coordinate with medical facilities that provide free treatment to underprivileged people. Donate now to Sood Charity Foundation and be a part of our efforts.
There are many health issues plaguing the Indian population like kidney and liver diseases, cancer, ENT problems, joint and spine diseases and people from the poor section of the society cannot afford medical treatment. Rising cost of medical treatment is a serious challenge for the healthcare system in India and SCF has vowed to find solutions to healthcare problems in India. Support from all over the country and across the globe has made this endeavour a huge success and also is a motivating factor to carry on.
