1.) Free Implants for knee surgery will be provided by SCF

2.) All surgeries will take place in Mumbai

3.) Any cost related to surgery other than the knee implant will have to be borne by the patient.

4.) Out station patients will have to make their own travel and stay arrangements.

5.) Submitting your entry does not guarantee your selection for Free Knee Implant under ‘Kadam Badaye Ja’ campaign.

6.) SCF & our partner will shortlist the applicants as per their own discretion and selection process.

7.) Selected applicants give SCF & our partner absolute and complete right to use/publish their name, photograph, results, progress report on any media form – digital or offline.

8.) Selected applicants to provide all mandatory documents if and when asked by SCF or our partner.

9.) Any false information, will lead to immediate cancellation of selection.

10.) No claim in any form whatsoever shall be claimed by any selected applicant or their family member/relative on SCF, our partner, their Board Members, Committee Members during, before or after the commencement of the program.

11.) All decisions by SCF & our partner in the entire program will be final and binding.

12.) No correspondence is guaranteed to any candidate filling up the form.

13.) Selection of an applicant does not entitle any right to them whatsoever in any kind. The program offers Free Implants only for knee replacement surgeries. No requests for anything apart from this shall be entertained in absolute or in kind.

14.) By proceeding to submit your details, you are agreeing to all the above and below terms and conditions.

15.) Any dispute/of any kind shall be subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts.
